Melody Ehsani is an American designer of Persian origin. She produces extravagant collection of shoes and accessories.
Ehsani was born in Los Angeles in the usual Persian family. In school years she had passion for design. Of course, her national roots influence her work. In her collections she uses bright colors and massive ornaments.
Despite the romantic name Melody, models of Ehsani can’t be called romantic and tender. Melody Ehsani says that her style is a paradox – contradiction and equity simultaneously.
Designer tries to predict women’s desires and translate them into extravagant forms of footwear and other accessories.
Creations from Ehsani reveal the inner strength of a woman who allows her to move forward and overcome all barriers that stand in her way – this is the concept of Ehsani brand. Seductive shape, high heel, non-standard construction, unexpected decorative and stylistic decisions are typical for Melody Ehsani.
As we have already mentioned she uses bright colors – lush pink, blue, red, or just abstract black and white drawings.
Particular attention is paid to the form of shoes. Melody Ehsani experiments with the placement of straps, using unusual accessories (ex. gold chains instead of the same straps).
She decorated summer ankle boots with patterns of perforations, and she adds sports elements to feminine shoes.
