Nicole Richie has a ready line of jewelry and clothing, but this year she decided to complete her collections with women’s footwear. Only a few days ago the first photos of shoes from the collection House of Harlow 1960 shoes for next season appeared around.
House of Harlow 1960 is a collection from Nicole Richie, inspired by the vivid images of hippie of 1960’s and 70’s. Her line of shoes is made in the same bohemian style – the surface of shoes and ankle boots are decorated by the typical hippie style ornaments, woven items, packs in the spirit of patchwork and natural shades.
Nicole Richie announced about her decision to expand the collection House of Harlow 1960 in the spring of this year. In cooperation with Creative Brand Group, which produces fashionable shoes, she began her works on her first collection of women’s shoes.
The debut of the collection of shoes House of Harlow 1960 will take place most likely in winter of 2010. Only about 20 styles of shoes for spring-summer 2010 will be represented in the new line.
Looking at the first photos of shoes from Nicole Richie, you will notice that the basic form of footwear are shoes and sandals with an open toe, a small hidden platform at a high steady heel which are considered to be the may hits of upcoming and nowadays season.
How much will shoes from Nicole Richie cost? No pricing was announced, but given the availability of its democratic line of jewelry, price per pair of shoes will be an average of around $200-250.
